Exchange & Refund Policy
At this time, we do not offer refunds.
A portion of every purchase goes directly toward supporting suicide prevention programs. Because part of your payment is donated, we’re unable to reverse transactions once an order has been placed.
We truly appreciate your understanding. Your support helps us contribute to something much bigger than just clothing.
14-Day Exchange Window
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at threadsbykaz@gmail.com, and follow the instructions provided below under “How to Request an Exchange”.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Defective Items Only
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes manufacturing faults such as:
- Fabric flaws
- Faulty printing
- Zippers or fastenings not functioning
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper washing, or accidental damage are not considered defective.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photos of the defect must be submitted before return approval
How to Request an Exchange
Please email threadsbykaz@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
